Apple Pie Panini

Makes one sandwich

Ingredients:
2 slices Country Hearth® English Muffin Bread
2 tablespoons apple pie filling
2 tablespoons softened butter
Cinnamon sugar

Directions:Heat Panini press. Spread butter on one side of both slices of bread. Place one slice, buttered side down, on Panini press. Top with apple pie filling, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Top with remaining bread slice, buttered side up and close press. Grill until bread is crispy and golden brown and pie filling is hot. Sprinkle both sides of sandwich with cinnamon sugar, cut into quarters and serve with whipped cream if desired.
