8 slices deli smoked turkey
1 tart apple, cored and thinly sliced
4 slices low-fat Swiss cheese
2 cups mixed spring greens
3 tablespoons fat-free mayonnaise
8 slices Village Hearth® Light Wheat Bread, toasted
Divide mayo between 4 slices of toasted bread.Top with 2 slices turkey, 1 slice Swiss, ¼ of the apples and greens.
Finish with remaining toast slices. Cut on the diagonal and serve..
