Serves 2 Ingredients:
  • 2 large eggs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 4 slices Country Hearth English Muffin Toasting Bread
  • 4 strips crisp bacon
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese
  • 4 tomato slices
  Directions: Heat the Panini press. While heating, fry eggs and cook until over-medium; season with salt and pepper. On 2 slices of bread, layer cheese slice, egg, bacon, another cheese slice and tomato slices; top with remaining bread slices. Butter the outside of the sandwiches. Grill in the press for approximately 5 minutes until the cheese is melted and the sandwiches are golden brown and toasty.
