Serves 4 Ingredients:
  • 3-oz package cream cheese, softened
  • 4 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
  • 8 slices Country Hearth Honey Grain ‘n Oat Bread, toasted
  • ½ pound thinly sliced deli roast beef
  • 1 cup alfalfa sprouts
  • 1 sweet orange or yellow bell pepper, cut into 8 rings
Directions: In small bowl, combine cream cheese, mustard and horseradish. Spread 1 tablespoon mixture on each slice of toasted bread. Top 4 slices with ¼ of the beef, ¼ cup alfalfa sprouts and 2 pepper rings. Top with remaining toast slices.
