Serves 4 Ingredients:
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 5 teaspoons French salad dressing
  • 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
  • 4 Village Hearth Whole Wheat Bagels
  • 3/4 pound deli roast beef
  • 4 slices provolone cheese
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese
  • Tomato slices
  • Thinly sliced red onion
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, seeded, cored and thinly sliced
  • 4 large lettuce leaves
Directions: In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, salad dressing and horseradish. Place bagel bottoms cut side up on an ungreased baking sheet. Top with beef and cheeses. Broil 4 inches from heat for 4-5 minutes or until cheese is melted. Place bagel tops cut side up on another ungreased baking sheet and broil for 1-2 minutes or until toasted. Layer tomato, onion, pepper and lettuce on sandwiches. Spread bagel tops with dressing mixture, place on sandwiches.
