Serves 4 Ingredients:
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
  • 8 slices Village Hearth Honey Wheat Bread
  • 4 large lettuce leaves
  • ¾ pound sliced deli roast beef
  • 8 bacon strips, cooked crisp and drained
  • 1 large tomato, sliced
Directions Combine mayonnaise and horseradish; spread on 4 slices of bread. Layer the lettuce, roast beef, bacon and tomato slices; top with remaining bread slices.
