Serves 4 Ingredients:
  •   1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
  •   ½ cup finely chopped red onion
  •   ½ cup chopped fresh parsley
  •   4 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  •   ½ teaspoon salt
  •   ½ teaspoon black pepper
  •   1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  •   4 Country Hearth Light English Muffins, split
Directions: Gently combine ground beef, onion, parsley, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Divide into 4 equal portions and shape each into a ball. Poke a hole into each ball and fill with ¼ of the cheese Form meat around cheese to enclose. Flatten each ball to a ¾ inch patty Grill burgers until internal temperature reaches 160°, about 5 minutes each side (don’€™t flatten with spatula!) Grill muffin halves to toast, about 1 minute per side. Serve burgers on muffins with toppings of your choice.
