Makes 4 Sandwiches Ingredients:
  • 8 slices bacon, cut in half
  • ¼ cup prepared ranch salad dressing
  • 1 small avocado, mashed
  • 8 slices Village Hearth Cottage Sourdough Bread
  • 2 – 3 tablespoons softened butter
  • ¾ pound smoked deli turkey
  • 2 medium tomatoes, sliced
  • 6 slices Colby-Monterey Jack cheese
Directions: Cook bacon until crisp, drain on paper towels. In a small bowl, combine salad dressing and avocado. To assemble sandwiches, spread avocado mixture on 4 slices of bread. Top with turkey, bacon, tomato slices, 1 ½ cheese slices and remaining bread. Butter outsides of sandwiches and cook in a skillet over medium heat for approximately 3 minutes per side until sandwiches are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
