Makes 4 sandwiches Ingredients:
  •   1 cup chopped cooked chicken breast
  •   2 stalks celery cut in quarters
  •   ½ medium sized, sweet onion, quartered
  •   ½ cup salad dressing
  •   ½ teaspoon oregano
  •   ¼ teaspoon salt
  •  1/8 teaspoon pepper
  •   1 hard-boiled egg, peeled
  •   8 tomato slices
  •   4 lettuce leaves
  •   4 Village Hearth Plain Bagels
 
Directions: Place the first 8 ingredients in a food processor. Pulse 4 – 5 times until ingredients are well mixed and coarsely chopped. Lightly toast bagels. Spread a quarter of the chicken salad mixture on the bottoms of each bagel. Top with 2 tomato slices, a lettuce leaf and the bagel top.
