Makes 8 burgers Ingredients:
  • 1/2 pound lean ground beef
  • 1/2 pound bulk Italian sausage
  • 1/3 cup chili sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 package Village Hearth buns
 
Directions: Gently mix together first 5 ingredients. Form into 8 balls, flatten into patties. Grill or fry on medium high heat for 5 minutes on each side or until done. Toast buns. Place burgers on buns and add your favorite toppings.
