Serves one to two

  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon sour cream
  • 1/8 teaspoon chipotle chili powder
  • 3 slices Country Hearth Multigrain Bread
  • ¼ cup shredded cheddar-jack cheese
  • 4 ounces deli sliced turkey
  • ½ avocado, sliced
  • 1 small tomato, sliced
  • 3 slices bacon, crisply cooked
Mix together mayonnaise, sour cream and chili powder. To assemble sandwich, spread half of mayo mixture on one slice of bread. Sprinkle with shredded cheese, top with turkey slices, then avocado. Spread remaining mayo mixture on second slice of bread, place mayo side up on top of avocado. Top with tomato, bacon and remaining bread. Cut in quarters diagonally.
