Serves 4 Ingredients:
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • Pinch salt
  • 8 – 10 slices Country Hearth Cinnamon Burst Bread
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  Directions: Whisk together eggs, milk, sugar and salt in a shallow dish. Melt the butter on medium hot griddle or frying pan. Dip bread slices in the egg mixture. Fry on each side for 3 – 5 minutes until golden brown. Serve with butter and maple syrup.
