Crust Ingredients:
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • ¼ cup butter, melted
Cheesecake Ingredients:
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1¼ cup cold milk
  • 3.4 ounce box instant vanilla pudding mix
Directions: Pour the sugar and melted butter over the bread crumbs and mix until well blended. Evenly press mixture into a 9-inch baking pan. Set aside. Beat the cream cheese until light and fluffy. Add the pudding mix and slowly beat in the milk until fully combined. Spread over crust evenly. Refrigerate four hours before serving. Top with fresh berries, pie filling, chocolate syrup or your favorite topping.
