Serves 4 Ingredients:
  •    1 (6 oz.) can water-packed tuna, drained and flaked
  •    ¼ cup mayonnaise
  •    ½ teaspoon dried dill weed
  •    4 slices Fiber Up Multigrain Bread, toasted
  •    1 small cucumber, thinly sliced
  •    1 cup alfalfa sprouts
  •    4 oz. Muenster cheese cut into strips
 
Directions: In a medium bowl, combine tuna, mayo and dill; blend well. Spread ¼ cup tuna mixture on each toasted slice of bread; place on ungreased cookie sheet or broiler pan. Top each with ¼ of cucumber slices, ¼ cup of sprouts and ¼ of the cheese. Broil 4 to 6 inches from heat for 2 to 3 minutes or until hot and cheese is melted.
