Serves 2 Ingredients:
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup half & half
  • 4 slices Country Hearth 100% Whole Wheat Bread
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 4 – 6 slices bacon, cook crisp and crumbled
  • 4 slices Muenster cheese
  • Maple syrup
Directions: In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs and half & half. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Dip bread slices in the egg mixture to coat. Fry in the hot skillet about 4 minutes per side until golden brown. Top with bacon crumbles and cheese slice. Cover skillet until cheese melts. Drizzle with maple syrup, optional.
