Serves 4 Ingredients:
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 ½ teaspoon prepared mustard
  • 8 slices Country Hearth English Muffin Toasting Bread
  • 4 slices American cheese
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter, softened
Directions: In small bowl, combine mayonnaise and mustard. Spread each bread slice with about 1 ½ teaspoon of mayo mixture. Top each of 4 slices of bread with 1 slice of American and 1 slice of Swiss; top with remaining bread slices. Butter both sides of sandwiches. Heat griddle or skillet over medium-low heat. Cook sandwiches 3 to 4 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cheese is melted.
