Makes 4 sandwiches Ingredients:
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons horseradish sauce
  • 8 slices Country Hearth Whole Wheat Bread
  • ½ pound deli-sliced roast beef
  • ½ large red onion, separated into rings
  • 4 slices Provolone cheese
  • Softened butter
Directions: In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise and horseradish sauce. Preheat griddle or frying pan to medium. Spread approximately 1 tablespoon of the mayo mixture on each slice of bread. To assemble sandwiches, layer bread slice, spread-side up, with cheese slice, ¼ roast beef, ¼ onion rings, and cheese slice. Top with bread slice, spread-side down. Spread both sides of sandwich with butter. Grill sandwiches until crispy and golden brown on both sides and filling is hot.
