Serves 4 Ingredients:
  • 1 ¼ pounds lean ground beef
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly ground pepper
  • ½ teaspoon hot sauce
  • 1 clove crushed garlic
  • ¼ cup chili sauce
  • 1 package dry French onion soup mix
  • ½ cup Guinness  stout
  • 4 Village Hearth Old Fashioned Buns with Sesame Seeds
  • Toppings
 
Directions: Gently combine meat, pepper, hot sauce, garlic, chili sauce, soup mix and 1  ½ ounces of Guinness. Shape into 4 patties. Grill or fry over medium-high heat until internal temperature reaches 160°. Baste with remaining Guinness while cooking. To serve, place on Village Hearth Buns and add toppings of your choice.
