Makes 4 sandwiches Ingredients:
  • 8 slices deli smoked turkey
  • 1 tart apple, cored and thinly sliced
  • 4 slices low-fat Swiss cheese
  • 2 cups mixed spring greens
  • 3 tablespoons fat-free mayonnaise
  • 8 slices Village Hearth Light Wheat Bread, toasted
Directions: Divide mayo between 4 slices of toasted bread. Top with 2 slices turkey, 1 slice Swiss, ΒΌ of the apples and greens. Finish with remaining toast slices. Cut on the diagonal and serve.
