Makes 2 sandwiches Ingredients:
  • 6 slices bacon
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • ½ cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 4 slices Country Hearth Raisin Bread
  • Softened butter
Directions: Cook bacon until crisp. Drain and roughly chop. Combine bacon, syrup and cheese. To assemble sandwiches, spread cheese mixture on 2 slices of bread. Top with remaining bread. Butter outsides of sandwiches and cook in a skillet over medium heat for approximately 3 minutes per side until sandwiches are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
