Serves 8 Ingredients:
  • 4 tablespoons butter, softened
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 8 Village Hearth Classic Hot Dog Buns
  • ½ cup pizza sauce
  • 8 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 package (5-oz) Hormel® Pepperoni Minis
Directions: In a small bowl, combine butter and garlic powder. Cut buns almost in half lengthwise and open. Spread butter mixture on cut side of buns and place butter side up on a foil lined baking sheet. Spoon pizza sauce on buns, top with cheese and pepperonis. Broil 3 – 4 inches from the heat for 4 – 6 minutes or until cheese is melted and slightly browned.
