  • 4 Village Hearth Plain Bagels
  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup pesto, prepared
  • 2 teaspoons crushed fresh garlic
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons dried basil
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated


Preheat oven to 400˚

Cut bagels in half, then cut into thin slices. Place bagel circles in large bowl and drizzle with olive oil. Add pesto, garlic, oregano, basil, and Parmesan cheese, tossing gently.

Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Spread bagel slices evenly on sheet.

Bake for 4 to 5 minutes and turn. Bake an additional 4 to 5 minutes until crisp and lightly browned.
