Serves 4 Ingredients:
  • 4 Village Hearth English Muffins, split and toasted
  • 4 tablespoons barbecue sauce
  • ¼ pound slice deli ham, cut into strips
  • 1 can (8-oz) pineapple tidbits, well drained
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese
Directions: Place English muffins cut side up on a foil lined baking pan. Spread with barbecue sauce. Top with ham, pineapple and cheese. Broil 4-6 inches from heat for 2-3 minutes or until cheese is melted.
