Serves 8 Ingredients:
  • 3 tablespoons butter, softened
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 4 Village Hearth Plain Bagels, split
  • ½ cup dry red wine
  • 1 pound thinly sliced deli turkey
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, stems removed
  • ½ cup roasted sweet red peppers, drained and patted dry
  • 8 slices provolone cheese
Directions: Combine butter and garlic powder; spread on cut side of bagels. Place bagels butter side up on foil lined baking sheet. Bake in a 350° oven for 5 – 6 minutes until bagels are toasted. Layer with turkey, spinach, peppers and cheese. Continue baking 3 – 4 minutes longer until cheese is melted.
