Serves 4 Ingredients:
  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 2 tablespoons minced onion
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • ¾ teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
  • ¼ teaspoon each of ground cumin, salt and black pepper
  • 4 Village Hearth Light Italian Hamburger Buns, toasted
  • Lettuce leaves
  • Tomato slices
  • Thinly sliced red onion rings
  • Mayonnaise
Directions: In medium bowl, combine first 5 ingredients mixing thoroughly. Shape into 4 patties. Broil or grill patties until internal temperature reaches 160°, turning once. Place patties on bun bottoms. Top with lettuce, tomato and onion slices. Spread desired amount of mayo on bun tops and place on burgers.
