Serves 3 Ingredients:
  • 1 can (6-oz) albacore tuna, drained and flaked
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup chopped walnuts
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
  • ½ cup, plus 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • Dash of pepper
  • 2 cups finely shredded lettuce
  • 6 slices Village Hearth Cottage White Bread
Directions: Combine first nine ingredients. Gently fold in lettuce. Spread tuna on 3 slices of bread, top with remaining bread slices.
