Yield: 4 Ingredients:
  • 1 large tart apple, cored and sliced
  • Apple pie filling
  • 2 Village Hearth Cinnamon Raisin Bagels, cut in half lengthwise
  • 4 slices sharp cheddar cheese
Directions: Preheat oven to broil. Toast bagels. Top each bagel half with a slice of cheese and apple slices or apple pie filling. Combine cinnamon and sugar and sprinkle evenly over apples. Place bagels on a baking sheet and place on oven highest oven rack and broil 1 – 2 minutes or until cheese is melted.
