Ingredients:

  • 1 large tart apple, cored, cut into 4 rings one-fourth-inch thick
  • 2 Village Hearth Cinnamon Raisin Bagels, cut in half lengthwise
  • 4 slices sharp cheddar cheese

Directions:

Top each bagel half with apple slice. Combine cinnamon and sugar and sprinkle evenly over apples. Place bagels on microwave-safe plate lined with a paper towel. Microwave on HIGH for 1 to 1½ minutes. Top each bagel with cheese slice. Microwave on HIGH for an additional 1 to 1½ minutes until cheese is melted and sandwich is hot.
