Serves 4 Ingredients:
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 3 tablespoons minced onion
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • ¾ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 Village Hearth Classic Hamburger Buns with Sesame, toasted
  • Spinach leaves
  • Tomato slices
Directions: In a small bowl, combine first 3 ingredients; set aside. In medium bowl, combine beef, onion, garlic, salt and pepper mixing thoroughly. Shape into 4 patties. Broil or grill patties until internal temperature reaches 160° turning once. Place patties on bun bottoms. Top with spinach leaves and tomato slices. Spread 1 tablespoon of mayo mixture on bun tops and place on burgers.
