Makes four sandwiches Ingredients:
  •    1 (6-oz) can pink salmon, drained
  •    1/4 cup diced red pepper
  •    1/4 cup diced pickled banana pepper rings
  •   ¼ cup diced celery
  •    1/3 cup mayonnaise
  •    3/4 teaspoon lemon juice
  •   1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
  •   Dash of cayenne pepper
  •    Lettuce leaves
  •    8 slices Country Hearth Stone Ground Wheat Bread
 
Directions: In a bowl, combine salmon, peppers, celery, mayonnaise, and lemon juice. Season with cayenne and salt. Mix well. Spread on 4 slices of bread, top with lettuce leaf and remaining bread slices.
