Yield: 4 sandwiches Ingredients:
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 2 hard boiled eggs, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh minced chives
  • 8 slices bacon, cooked and drained
  • 1 ripe avocado, sliced
  • 8 slices Country Hearth Multigrain Bread, toasted
  • 4 romaine lettuce leaves
  • 8 slices roast turkey
  • 2 medium tomatoes, thinly sliced
Directions: Combine mayonnaise, blue cheese, eggs and chives in small bowl. Spread mayo mixture evenly on bread. Layer 2 slices turkey, avocado, tomatoes, 2 slices bacon, and lettuce. Top with remaining toasted bread and cut in half diagonally.
