Serves 4 Ingredients:
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1/3 cup dry bread crumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh parsley
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon poultry seasoning
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 4 slices provolone cheese
  • 1/3 cup whole berry cranberry sauce
  • 4 Village Hearth Light Wheat Hamburger Buns
Directions: In medium bowl, combine first 7 ingredients mixing thoroughly. Shape into 4 patties. Broil or grill patties until internal temperature reaches 165°, turning once. Top with cheese slices and continue cooking until cheese melts. Place patties on bun bottoms. Top with cranberry sauce and bun tops.
