Ingredients:
  •   1 (5 pound) pork butt roast
  •   Salt and pepper to taste
  •   1 (14-oz) can beef broth
  •   1/4 cup brewed coffee
  •   One bottle BBQ sauce
  •   Village Hearth Classic Hamburger buns

Directions: Cut roast in half. Rub each half with salt and pepper, and place in the slow cooker. Pour broth and coffee over the meat. Turn the slow cooker to Low, and cover. Cook for 8 to 10 hours, or until the roast is fork tender. Carefully remove the roast to a cutting board. Pull the meat off the bone with a fork. Return to crock pot with 1 cup of the reserved liquid. Heat BBQ sauce in small saucepan until hot and bubbly. To serve, place a generous portion of pork on a Village Hearth bun, drizzle with BBQ sauce. Top with a scoop of coleslaw to make it Carolina style.
