Makes 12 sandwiches Ingredients:
  • 14-ounce can quartered artichoke hearts
  • 10-ounce package frozen chopped spinach
  • 8-ounce cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise (not salad dressing)
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 12-count package Village Hearth Slider Buns
  • 3/4 cup shredded parmesan
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted
Directions: Preheat oven to 350° degrees.
Roughly chop the artichokes. Squeeze excess liquid out of spinach.
Place cream cheese in a large heatproof bowl. Microwave 45- 60  seconds until softened. Mix until smooth.
Add garlic powder, mayonnaise, sour cream, and cheddar cheese. Stir until combined but don’t over mix. Remove tops from sliders.
Keeping bottoms attached, place on foil lined baking sheet. Spread with dip, then 1/2 cup of parmesan. Place slider buns on top. Brush tops with butter. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes until hot and cheese is melted. Serve warm.
