Ingredients:
  •    2 slices of Country Hearth Dakota Style 12 Grain Bread
  •   3 slices of ham
  •    Mayonnaise (plain or flavored)
  •    Butter or margarine
  •   Onion, sliced (optional)
  •    1/4 to 1/2 cup sauerkraut, squeezed dry
  •    1 slice Swiss cheese
 
Directions: Butter one side of a slice of bread. Place bread butter side down on griddle or in large frying pan.Spread desired amount of mayonnaise on un-buttered side of bread in pan. Loosely roll up each slice of ham jelly roll style and place on top of mayonnaise covered bread. Place onion slices, if used, on top of ham. Top onion slices with cheese then top cheese with sauerkraut. Spread mayonnaise on one side of second slice of bread and place mayonnaise side down on sauerkraut.  Spread topside of bread slice with butter. Cook sandwich over medium heat until bottom is browned to desired color.  Flip entire sandwich over and brown other side to desired color.  Enjoy.
