  • 6 eggs
  • 1 ½ cups low-fat milk
  • 4 tablespoons granulated sugar, divided
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 12 slices Country Hearth Cinnamon Raisin Breakfast Bread
  • ¼ cup butter
  • 1 (8-oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 2 tablespoons frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • Maple syrup
Directions: In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, 2 tablespoons sugar and cinnamon. Melt one tablespoon butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Dip a few bread slices in the egg mixture to coat. Fry in the hot skillet about 4 minutes per side until golden brown. Place 2 slices of French toast on plate, top with a generous scoop of frosting and drizzle with maple syrup.
