Serves 6 Ingredients:
  •  4 Village Hearth Hawaiian Rolls, split in half lengthwise
  •  8 slices Swiss or white cheddar cheese, divided
  •  2 slices deli ham, diced
  • 4 slices cooked bacon, chopped
  •  8 eggs
  •  3/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
  •  1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Directions:

Spray a 9×9 inch baking dish with non-stick spray. Lay 4 halves of the rolls in bottom of dish. Top rolls with 4 cheese slices, ham, spinach, bacon, and remaining cheese slices.

In a small bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, mustard, salt, pepper, and cayenne. Pour over sandwiches. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate several hours or overnight.

Take casserole out of refrigerator 30 minutes prior to baking. Preheat oven to 350° degrees.

Cover baking dish with foil and bake 20 minutes. Remove foil and continue baking for 10 – 15 minutes until top is lightly browned and a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Let sit for 5 minutes before cutting and serving.
