Ingredients:
  • 8-oz block Irish sharp cheddar cheese, grated (not packaged shredded)
  • 1/5-oz softened cream cheese
  • 1/3 cup Irish red ale
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon prepared mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Hot sauce to taste
Directions: Combine all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until smooth. Serve on burgers, bagels, toast, or English muffins. Store leftovers in the fridge.
