Makes 4 sandwiches Ingredients:
  • 4 Village Hearth Classic Hamburger Buns
  • 4 tablespoons thousand island dressing
  • 1 1/2 cup sauerkraut, well drained
  • 3/4 pound deli corned beef
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese
  •  2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 teaspoons stone ground mustard
Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place bun bottoms on foil lined baking sheet. Spread with thousand island dressing. Top with sauerkraut, corned beef, and cheese slices. Cover with bun tops. Combine butter and mustard, brush on bun tops. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes until cheese is melted and sandwiches are hot.
